Refund and Return Policy for Kings Edition Graphics

General Policy
At Kings Edition Graphics, all products are custom made based on the customer’s specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described. We do not offer refunds.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If we have made an error in the production of your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the mistake and send you a replacement item. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the faulty item to Kings Edition Graphics.
Shipping Damage or Fault
If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product at 901-569-4000 or patrick@kingsedition.com.
2. Provide proof of the fault or error, such as photographs.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the faulty item.
4. Upon receipt and verification of the fault, we will produce and ship the corrected item.
