Services
We provide custom graphic design and printing services. All products are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by the customer.
Payment
Payment for our services is required upfront and can be made through the methods outlined on our website or as otherwise specified.
Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products. If a product is faulty or not as described, please refer to our Return Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by us remain the intellectual property of Kings Edition Graphics unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
