If you are needing a size that is not an even number of feet (for example 18″ 30″ 42″ etc) please order the next size up and add a note to your personalization notes with the actual size needed.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee exact dimensions, and there may be a variance up to 1″ due to the folded edge*

After the file is received or proof is approved, production takes 1 full business day.

**Please note that weekend orders (5PM CST Friday through 12:59PM CST Sunday) are considered Monday orders and may not be processed until Tuesday.**

(Example: If you order on Thursday before 5pm CST with Overnight Service, then your order will ship on Friday for Monday Arrival.)

*Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to send artwork and respond to proofs in a timely manner. Unfortunately we cannot follow up on every order that is missing artwork or proof approvals.*

You can send all artwork through via text messaging, email to patrick@kingsedition.com or upload via our file transfer site
Please be sure to include your order number if you are sending via email.

File Formats:
PSD, PDF, EPS, AI, TIF, JPEG

Please keep important text or elements >1″ from the edges to keep space for grommets.

Using Canva To Design Your Banner:

If you’re using Canva, try creating a custom size (hit the plus sign if you’re on mobile, or “Create Design” if you’re on desktop) and make it your banner’s dimensions. (For banners over 83″ please message us and we will let you know what size to make the design). While designing, keep any important text or elements > 1″ away from the edge to leave room for grommets. After your design is complete, download it use the following settings:
File Type – PDF Print
Uncheck both boxes for “Crop Marks and Bleed” & “Flatten PDF”
Color Profile – RGB or CMYK are both fine

If you’re using mobile, you will need to click Share -> Download, not just save it as an image. You can then email us the file at patrick@kingsedition.com
